- This draw is open only to individuals invited by Smalls for All® who have a UK bank account and are over the age of 16.
- Entry for the draw will be confirmed by the issue of an e-ticket following the receipt of payment of the entry fee. If you don’t receive an e-ticket, you won’t be entered into the draw. Subject to clause 16, if you’ve paid an entry fee but are not entered into the draw, your entry fee will be refunded.
- There will be no more than 200 tickets.
- There will be 1 winner of 1 prize of £500. We won’t be responsible or liable for any costs other than providing and sending the prize to the winner.
- Entry to the draw costs £5. Payment should be made by the first day of the month in which the draw is to take place, by standing order. If you don’t make payment in accordance with this clause, entry to the draw will be at the discretion of Smalls for All®. In any event, if you miss three payments in any two-year period, we may remove you from the Smalls for All® lottery.
- A draw will take place on the first working day between 14th and 18th of each month. The winner of the prize will be selected by an independent person at random from the pool of entries. The independent person’s decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into. The full name of the independent person shall be made available on written request.
- If you enter this draw, Smalls for All® will send information about the lottery to the email address(es) you supplied at registration. Please see our privacy policy for further details of how we’ll use the personal data you submit to us when entering the lottery.
- You must keep us up to date with any changes to your contact details. If we’re unable to contact you using the contact details you’ve provided, we may remove you from the Smalls for All® lottery. Subject to clause 16, we’ll refund any entry fees where you’ve paid but not been entered into the draw.
- We reserve the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone who breaches these terms and conditions.
- If you win, we’ll let you know within 5 working days of the draw. Unless agreed otherwise, we can only send prizes by bank transfer to a UK bank account. You’ll receive your prize within 14 days of providing us with the relevant bank details.
- By entering this draw, you agree that if you win, Smalls for All® will name you as the winner in an email to the other draw entrants. If you win the draw, your name may also be published on the Smalls for All® website and Facebook page, and in the Talking Pants newsletter, but we’ll ask for your consent before doing this. We may also ask you to participate in any publicity associated with the draw.
- We’ll accept no liability or responsibility for any loss suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with this lottery including due to your submission of incorrect details when entering the draw. In the event that a court deems this clause to be unenforceable, our total liability will under no circumstances exceed the cash value of the prize.
- We reserve the right to cancel the draw if, for reasons outside our control, it becomes impossible or impractical to run it. This includes having sold insufficient tickets in any month to cover that month’s prize money and the minimum amount of proceeds that must go to charity to comply with our licence conditions. If you’ve entered the draw and we have to cancel it, we’ll let you know by email. If you’ve paid your entry fee, we’ll refund that to you.
- If, in accordance with any provision of these terms and conditions, we’re required to provide a refund to you, you agree to promptly provide us with any information we reasonably request in order to facilitate that refund. You acknowledge and accept that if you don’t do so, or if we’re unable to reach you at the contact details you have provided to us, this may delay or prevent us from being able to provide the refund to you.
