Unbelievably, we’re celebrating 14 YEARS of Smalls for All on the 10th of August! That’s 14 years of making a life-changing difference, thanks to your continued support. With this in mind, we’d love your help to reach 14,000 pairs of pants donated through our buy-to-give wish list. To date, we’ve received 13,300 pairs of pants donated through buy-to-give since its launch, which means we’re only 700 pairs away from 14,000! It’s the easiest way to donate, by purchasing pants for us at wholesale prices. Donating this way means we can get exactly what we really need – sizes, quality, styles – to be able to fulfil the underwear requests we receive.

Thanks to you, we were recently able to provide 1,263 pairs of pants to Demena, a charity supporting women in Northern Ethiopia. The Care for Women team who distributed the underwear told us, “Your donation arrived at a critical time for our item distribution. Having spare pants might seem like a luxury to most, but for these women, it is a basic necessity. We were able to distribute your pant donations along with hygiene pads, and the women were joyful. These are no small donations; we are deeply grateful on behalf of the women and our organization. Your pant donations are dignifying for our beneficiaries. Small gifts can have a big impact.”

We were also able to provide 900 pairs of pants to the School Bank West Lothian recently. Project Manager Collette Moran told us, “Having the necessary items, including brand new underwear, affects children’s self-esteem and confidence. Knowing you can change for PE or after-school clubs, most of which is done in front of their peers, helps our young people feel confident when they have clean and good condition underwear. In addition, it has a positive impact on families’ finances and their mental health and wellbeing, by reducing anxiety about providing for their children, reducing the likelihood of bullying, increasing school attendance and ultimately leading to improved life chances. Thanks to you, Maria and the team at Smalls for All, we were able to include new pants to our uniform packs.”

hese are just a couple of examples of the feedback we’ve received from recent donations we’ve made. While we post all the wonderful feedback we get on our social media, we appreciate that not everyone will see it there. However, you can find it all on our website www.smallsforall.com any time!

As always, thank you all for supporting Smalls,

Maria
